Angela Viney

Angela Viney became one of the first Licensed Conveyancers to be granted a licence to practise in England and Wales when she set up her business in Halifax 23 years ago.
Angela is a past chairman of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers, the body which regulates licensed conveyancers in England and Wales, and was for 14 years a member of the Discipline and Appeals Commitee. Angela has also been a Magistrate in Calderdale for the past 25 years.
She undertakes a wide range of domestic and commercial transactions for clients mainly based in West Yorkshire but, with the aid of modern technology, increasingly for clients living in other EU countries. Transactions range from small business sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant matters and the sale and purchase of development land.
