Would you like help with your fees?
Upon completion of a property transaction, we offer our clients a chance to win £500 in prize money to help with their legal fees. For just £10, you can enter into prize draw and in doing so, help raise thousands of pounds for charity.
The cost of the lottery is £1, with the remaining £9 donation attracting Gift Aid, making the overall charity donation £11.25 for UK taxpayers. And note, EVERY penny of the £11.25 goes to the charity which means the competition is a very worthwhile cause.
The Conveyancing Foundation is a registered not for profit charity which has been established by conveyancers to help conveyancers and others working in the property industry, to raise funds for their chosen charities via the foundation's Free Legal Fee Competition. At the end of February 2018, the foundation's fundraising total to date was £510,014.56 ..... and counting!
"We are shocked! We never thought that we would win! We will put this money towards a lovely weekend away. Thank you!" December 2017
Giving back to both our clients and the local communities where our offices are based is very important to all of us here at Angela Viney Conveyancing Services. So, to celebrate our 30th year of trading - as well as Angela Viney and Darren Becks' 10 year anniversary of partnership - we've partnered with The Conveyancing Foundation to aid our chosen charity, Overgate Hospice.
Anybody local to Elland will know of or experienced the tremendous work by the staff at Overgate Hospice. Their dedicated support has touched the lives of thousands of friends and family members of those who needed palliative care, and will hopefully continue to do so, but only with help year-on-year.
Cumulative small amounts are of great benefit to any charity, at a relatively low cost to each individual giver. It is upon this basis we've decided to opt-in to the fantastic opportunity The Conveyancing Foundation can offer to our clients, and ultimately to the hospice.
To take part in The Conveyancing Foundation's Free Legal Fee Competition, talk to us when you choose to instruct us to deal with your property transfer. Alternatively, there is an opt-in section which you can tick within the initial paperwork of your conveyancing package.
